Welcome to CFC flag football! We are an organized pickup flag football league. The cost is free! We play every other Saturday morning currently. Anyone can come. Ages range from 18-60! All you do is show up and you will be placed on a team! Come out, bring friends. Ladies are worth double the points. Each game is unique but we hope you will come, make friends, get a great workout and have fun. Note: The City of Longwood used our field as a temporary debris storage location. Until the field is restored, we are meeting at Trotwood Park in Longwood at 701 Northern Way Winter Springs on Saturday mornings.
